Where do you deliver?
We deliver to metro Atlanta area’s up to 12 miles outside the perimeter. Additional delivery requests can be made upon special request, and will be subject to a surcharge fee based on distance.
Can I specify a time for my order to be delivered?
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What happens in case the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?
We will contact your recipient before delivery to confirm the location and convenient delivery time. If they are not available on that day, we will reschedule to suit their availability.
What is the lifespan of fresh flowers?
Our flowers are sourced from the finest farms in South America, and carry our freshness guarantee. Where possible, we deliver flowers close bud so they are fresh for 15 days.
How can I be sure that the flowers arrive in good condition?
To ensure your complete satisfaction, once your order has been arranged, our florist will send a video of your finished arrangement by email for your approval, before delivery.
Can I see the flowers before you send them?
Yes, our florist will send a video of your finished arrangement by email for your approval, before delivery. Order must have full approval before delivery is scheduled. Once order has left for delivery, no additional changes will be accepted.
Do you do events and weddings?
At this time we do not offer wedding services. Small events are subject to our discretion. Please email us at hello@bloomhausco.com, please include the title EVENT in your subject line.
What is your refund policy
Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. Once an order is placed, we are unable to refund it, however you will receive store credit for the full amount paid. Your store credit will not expire and you can use it any time of the year including holidays. We earnestly endeavor to please every customer with beautiful flowers and accommodating service. Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are handmade, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy, and beauty of our work. Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated or whether a designer has created something which you will enjoy. Because we constantly seek ways to bring some of these variables under our control for improved floral performance, we welcome your comments and inquiries. To further ensure we exceed your standards, our florist will send a video of your finished arrangement by email for your approval, before delivery. Order will not be delivered until an approval has been received by purchaser. Then, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, then please contact us immediately and we will promptly take the appropriate action.
